Do you have experience as an industrial painter and/or blaster and are you ready for the next step in your career? As a Working Foreman in Industrial Coating, you will combine your technical expertise with a leadership role. You will work alongside your team on the shop floor while also making sure that the daily activities within the department are properly organized and carried out.
You will guide colleagues, support new employees and assist the line coordinator with the coating process. This role gives you more responsibility while allowing you to stay involved in the practical work and use your experience to help the team succeed.

As a Working Foreman in Industrial Coating, you will be an important point of contact within the department. You will combine coordination and leadership with hands-on work as an Industrial Painter and/or Blaster.
Your responsibilities include:

- Coordinating: organizing and coordinating the daily activities within the Industrial Coating department;
- Working hands-on: carrying out industrial painting and/or blasting activities yourself;
- Leading: guiding, coaching and motivating colleagues on the shop floor;
- Supporting: assisting the line coordinator with various operational activities;
- Training: onboarding, training and supporting new colleagues in their daily work.

- MBO work and thinking level;
- Experience in a similar position and working environment;
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills;
- Good command of both Dutch and English;
- A flexible attitude and willingness to contribute ideas;
- Willingness to work permanently in the evening shift.

- A salary based on your experience, paid every 4 weeks;
- Shift allowance for working in two shifts;
- Painting allowance;
