During your working day, you hang metal parts on the powder coating line and remove them once the coating process is complete. You check the finished products carefully. Is the coating even? Is there any damage? Does the product meet the required standard? If something is not right, you make sure it is reported.
You will also perform light finishing work, such as cleaning or sanding products. This makes the position ideal if you enjoy practical work and like seeing the result of your efforts at the end of the day.
Your responsibilities include:
- Hanging metal products on the powder coating line;
- Removing finished products from the production line;
- Checking products for quality, damage and irregularities;
- Cleaning, sanding and preparing metal products;
- Performing minor finishing work when necessary.
Previous experience in powder coating is not required. Your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important. Your colleagues will show you how the process works and help you become more independent.
You:
- Enjoy practical and hands on work;
- Work accurately and pay attention to quality;
- Are comfortable with physical and standing work;
- Are reliable and take responsibility for your work;
- Can work independently as well as together with colleagues;
- Can understand work and safety instructions in English, Dutch or German.
Experience in production, metalworking or a similar practical environment is useful, but not required.

You can expect:
A gross hourly wage starting from €15.02;
The possibility to work between 24 and 40 hours per week;
Fixed daytime working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM;
25 vacation days based on full time employment;
ADV compensation and 8.33% holiday allowance;
Travel allowance and Pension contributions from your first working day.
