Production Worker Day Shift

Do you enjoy working with your hands and seeing the results of your work? As a Production Worker in Winterswijk, you will help keep the production process running smoothly. Your day will involve different production tasks, from assembling parts to checking finished products. You will work alongside your colleagues to make sure everything is completed correctly, safely and on time.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Assembling, processing and putting together different parts;
• Carrying out various production activities;
• Checking products to make sure they meet quality standards;
• Packaging products and preparing them for the next stage;
• Reporting any problems or defects and keeping your workplace clean and safe.

You already have some experience in production, so you understand how important it is to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Of course, you will receive proper training to learn the company's specific products, equipment and working procedures. Experienced colleagues will be there to help you get started. You will work in the day shift from 07:00 to 15:30, for 32 to 40 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, takes responsibility and knows how to work safely and accurately in a production environment.

You do not need to know the company's specific production processes yet. Your existing experience and willingness to learn are what matter most.

• A gross monthly salary of €2,600 based on a 40-hour working week;
• A 32 to 40-hour working week;
• Regular daytime hours from 07:00 to 15:30;
