Production worker

As a Production Worker in Aalten, you will be involved in a specialised production process in which different powders are processed into a finished product. You will ensure that ingredients are accurately weighed, mixed and packaged according to specific recipes. This is a hands-on position that requires accuracy and attention to detail. Experienced colleagues will provide thorough training, helping you gradually become familiar with the machines, recipes and production procedures. As you gain experience, you will be able to work more independently.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Weighing ingredients according to specific recipes;
• Mixing different powders using industrial mixers;
• Preparing, handling and moving raw materials;
• Dividing and packaging the finished mixtures;
• Operating and monitoring production machinery.

You will work in a small, supportive team where everyone has their own responsibilities and colleagues help each other when needed. Your working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This means you can start your weekend early every Friday!

This position is suitable for someone who works accurately, has an interest in technology and enjoys practical, hands-on work. You are comfortable working independently but also enjoy being part of a team.
In addition:

• You are comfortable with physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods and regularly moving materials;
• You have an interest in technology and production machinery;
• You speak Dutch and/or English sufficiently well to understand work instructions and safety procedures;
• You are willing to learn new tasks and production techniques;
• You enjoy working as part of a small team.

Previous experience working with powders is not required. You will receive the training and guidance needed to learn this specialised production process.

You can expect:

• A gross monthly salary of €2,650 to €2,800 based on a 40-hour working week;
• Fixed working hours on day shifts;
• Every Friday afternoon off from 2:30 PM;
