Production Worker

As a production employee in the press department, you play an important role in the manufacturing process. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that the production line keeps running and that metal products are produced according to the required quality standards. You will work with one or more presses and learn the process step by step. Experience in metal production is not required. A good work attitude, motivation and willingness to learn are the most important qualities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating one or more production presses;
• Supplying materials to the machine on time;
• Removing pressed products from the machine;
• Checking products for quality and possible defects;
• Packaging products in boxes, crates or containers;
• Reporting deviations and helping to keep production running smoothly;
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

• Early shift: 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM;
• Late shift: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM.

The shifts alternate every week.

• You enjoy practical work and working with your hands;
• You are motivated to learn new skills;
• You work accurately and pay attention to quality;
• You are comfortable with active and physical production work;
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system;
• You understand Dutch, English or German for work- and safetyinstructions.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,000, depending on experience;
• A 14% shift allowance on top of your salary;
• A full-time position within a stable production environment;
