As a Junior Production Operator at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you'll help produce and package cheese using modern, automated machinery. No experience? No problem — you'll start with hands-on, guided training and grow step by step into a confident, all-round operator.
This role is perfect if you're motivated, like working with your hands and machines, and want a clear path to grow within a large, stable company.
- Operate and monitor automated production and packaging lines.
- Perform quality checks on cheese products and packaging.
- Adjust machine settings and respond to minor process deviations.
- Work closely with experienced operators to solve more complex issues.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
Your working hours (fixed 3-shift schedule):
- Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
- Evening shift: 15:00–23:00 (Friday until 22:30)
- Night shift: 23:00–07:00
- Interest in technology, machines, or production processes.
- A motivated, accurate, and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Full-time availability for a 3-shift schedule, including nights.
- Basic Dutch or English language skills.
- A responsible and safety-conscious way of working.
- Salary up to €3,250 gross per month including shift allowance, as you grow into the role.
- A full-time job of 36 hours per week.
- 8% holiday allowance and a 4% year-end bonus.
