As a Production Employee, you will work together with a close-knit team to ensure that metal products are finished to a high standard and prepared for shipment. Since your work is one of the final steps in the production process, you play an important role in delivering a high-quality end product.Your daily tasks include:
- Hanging metal products on the production line;
- Removing coated products from the line;
- Inspecting products for quality;
- Performing minor touch-up and repair work where necessary;
- Cleaning and light sanding of products;
- Identifying opportunities to improve the production process.
This is a day shift position with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. However, we do ask that you are willing to work in a two-shift schedule in the future if required.
- Enjoys hands-on work;
- Works accurately and takes responsibility;
- Is willing to start in a day shift and transition to a two-shift schedule in the future;
- Speaks Dutch, English or German.
- A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,000;
- Travel expense reimbursement;
- 25 vacation days, ADV allowance and 8.33% holiday pay;
