As a production employee, you will help ensure that our production lines in Waddinxveen run smoothly. You will work in a modern and well-organized environment, where you will help produce, package, and prepare our delicious products for shipment. With your commitment and attention to detail, you will make sure everything runs according to schedule.You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company, for example into a role as an operator or in logistics.What you will do:
  • Operating: Make sure the production machines run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Replenishing: Refill materials and ingredients on time to keep the production line running.
  • Packaging: Carefully package products according to quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify minor issues and report them to colleagues or the technical department.
  • Teamwork: Work together with your team to maintain a positive and productive working environment.

We are looking for an energetic and reliable production employee who is comfortable with physical work and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • Physically fit: lifting and standing for long periods is no problem.
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace.
  • Previous production experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Has their own means of transportation, such as a bicycle or car.
  • Available to work full-time (36 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
