Looking for a warehouse job with day shifts, job security and a salary up to €16.20 per hour?

Join GEODIS Horst and become part of an international logistics team where teamwork, safety and development are key.

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will work in a modern warehouse environment and help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time. Every day brings variety, from order picking and packing to stock movement and warehouse operations. If you have forklift experience, you may also spend part of your day operating a forklift.

With opportunities to grow, obtain certificates and secure a permanent contract, this is an excellent next step for experienced warehouse professionals.

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you play an important role in keeping the logistics operation running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Picking customer orders using an EPT and scanner
  • Checking products and order quantities
  • Packing and preparing orders for shipment
  • Moving goods safely within the warehouse
  • Supporting warehouse operations and inventory flow
  • Operating a forklift when qualified and required
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace
Together with your colleagues, you ensure every order leaves the warehouse accurately and on time.

You enjoy working in a warehouse and take pride in accuracy and quality.

You:
  • Have at least 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
  • Have experience working with an EPT
  • Are physically fit and comfortable with active work
  • Speak and understand English
  • Are available for rotating day shifts
  • Have your own transportation
  • Are willing to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
Forklift experience or a valid forklift certificate is considered a strong advantage. Candidates with forklift experience can be deployed approximately 50% on the forklift and 50% in order picking.

At GEODIS, you get more than a warehouse job.
  • Gross hourly salary between €14.99 and €16.20
  • 32 to 40 working hours per week
  • Rotating daytime shifts:
    • Week 1: 07:00 - 16:00
    • Week 2: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment
  • 8% holiday allowance
  • Travel allowance up to €11.50 per day
  • Training and certification opportunities
  • Career growth opportunities within GEODIS
  • Free on-site parking
  • International working environment
At Start People, we follow the principle of equivalent employment conditions, meaning that your terms of employment are always aligned with those of employees who are directly employed by the client. This means that, in addition to your hourly wage, your employment conditions also include the number of vacation days, allowances, ADV (reduced working hours) compensation, and other salary components.

GEODIS is an international logistics service provider operating worldwide. At the Horst location, you will join a professional warehouse team where safety, reliability and teamwork are key.

The location is easily accessible by car from the wider Venlo, Venray and Horst region, and free parking is available.
