• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
• Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Following safety regulations and established procedures.
• Actively contributing ideas to improve the production process.
• Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised workplace.

We are looking for a technically minded Operator who takes responsibility, enjoys working with technology, and is eager to continue learning and developing professionally.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least an MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field.
• Good command of the English language to understand safety instructions.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
• Own accomodation and transportation.
• Technical insight and demonstrable technical skills.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,000, including a 27.50% shift allowance and ADV allowance.
• 25 days of annual leave and 8% holiday pay.
