In return, you can expect an attractive employment package, including a gross monthly salary of up to €5,000 with shift allowances and the prospect of a permanent contract.

As an Operator, you and your colleagues will work together to keep the production lines running safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will learn how the machinery and production processes work through an extensive on-the-job training programme, supported by an experienced coach.

Good cooperation is essential in this role. By sharing knowledge, helping one another, and working closely with maintenance technicians, you will contribute to a smooth production process and a positive working environment. You will also have the opportunity to support new colleagues and contribute ideas for improvement.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Setting up, operating, and adjusting advanced production lines.
  • Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
  • Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
  • Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
  • Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
  • Following safety regulations and established procedures.
  • Sharing ideas to improve the production process.
  • Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
  • Working with your team to maintain a safe, clean, and organised workplace.

You are technically minded, take responsibility, and enjoy learning new things. You understand that good teamwork is essential to keeping production running smoothly. You are willing to help colleagues, share your knowledge, and work together to find solutions when challenges arise.

You will also need:

  • At least an MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field.
  • Good command of the English language to understand safety instructions.
  • Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
  • Technical insight and demonstrable technical skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

You will join a stable employer that invests in its employees and values development, safety, and job satisfaction. You will work in a modern production environment with advanced technology and become part of a committed team where colleagues work together towards shared goals.

You can expect the following benefits:
  • A gross monthly salary of €4,000 to €5,000, including a 27.50% shift allowance and ADV allowance.
  • 25 days of annual leave and 8% holiday pay.
  • A 13th-month salary.
  • Travel expense reimbursement.
  • The prospect of a permanent contract.
  • Extensive training and career development opportunities.
  • A modern working environment with advanced production technology.
  • A pleasant working atmosphere within a supportive and committed team.
  • An active staff association and enjoyable company activities.
At Start People, we follow the principle of equal pay. This means your employment conditions will align with those of colleagues employed directly by the client. In addition to your hourly wage, your employment package may include annual leave, allowances, ADV compensation, and other salary components.

You will work at a modern manufacturing company that produces high-quality products contributing to hygiene and everyday life. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards. You will be part of a team that works together to keep the production process running smoothly, solve problems, and identify improvements. Supporting one another and sharing responsibility are important aspects of the work. You will also have opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and develop your skills further.
