English Speaking Operator

As an Operator, you keep the production process running smoothly and ensure quality standards are met. Working in a supportive team, you monitor machines, solve minor issues and contribute to efficient production. With thorough training and guidance, you will continue developing your technical skills.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, setting up and adjusting various production machines;
• Changing over and preparing production lines for different orders;
• Performing quality checks and recording measurement results;
• Carrying out minor preventive maintenance and resolving small technical issues to prevent downtime;
• Ensuring a continuous supply of materials and keeping the production line running efficiently;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing ideas to optimize production processes;
• Working safely and maintaining a clean and organized workplace;
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and team leaders to achieve production targets.

This is a varied Operator position in a 3-shift system, offering plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to become an important part of a close-knit team where your commitment, technical skills and ideas are truly valued.

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Operator who enjoys working in a technical environment and takes pride in delivering quality work.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• You have MBO-level education or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
• You have experience as an Operator or Process Operator and are ready for a new challenge;
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system;
• You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage;
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality and safety;
• You communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team;
• You are eager to learn and motivated to further develop your technical skills;
• You have your own accommodation in the Nijmegen area and reliable transportation to commute to work.
