English Speaking Operator 3 Shifts

You will work in a modern production environment where teamwork, quality and safety are key. With proper training and support from experienced colleagues, you will quickly become an important part of the production team.

Your tasks include:

• Operating and adjusting production machines;
• Preparing production lines for new orders;
• Monitoring product quality and recording results;
• Solving minor technical issues and performing first-line maintenance;
• Supplying materials to keep production running smoothly;
• Working safely and maintaining a clean workplace;
• Contributing ideas to improve production processes.

• You have MBO-level education or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
• Experience as an Operator, Process Operator or Production Operator;
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills;
• Availability for a 3-shift schedule;
• Good command of the English language;
• Focus on quality, safety and accuracy;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Motivation to learn and develop new skills;

We offer a stable full-time position with excellent working conditions and the prospect of a permanent contract.

• Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,700, including shift allowance and ADV;
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
