English Speaking - Industrial Painter

Would you like to play an important role in the protection and preservation of metal structures? As an Industrial Painter, you are responsible for preparing, treating and inspecting metal surfaces. Your work ensures that metal products are properly protected against rust, corrosion and other external influences. You will work with professional equipment and specialised surface treatment techniques to achieve the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Surface preparation: cleaning and preparing metal surfaces for further treatment;
• Blasting: operating the blasting line and using grit-corundum to prepare metal surfaces;
• Schoopering: applying thermal spraying techniques to protect metal products against rust and corrosion;
• Quality control: inspecting treated products to ensure they meet the required quality standards;
• Teamwork: working closely with colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly.

You will work in a two-shift system as part of a team of approximately 20 colleagues, where craftsmanship and quality are important.

• An MBO level 2 diploma in a technical field;
• Experience with metal preservation and grit or corundum blasting;
• Experience with industrial painting or similar spray-painting work;
• Knowledge of thermal spraying (schoopering) is an advantage;
• Experience operating an overhead crane is an advantage;
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system;
• An accurate working approach and an eye for detail.
