Do you have a technical background and enjoy working with precision? Would you like to work with advanced welding technology and produce stainless steel components for high-tech applications? As an Orbital Welder, you will work with thin-walled stainless steel tubing, small production runs and customer-specific components. Because these products are used in advanced systems worldwide, precision and quality are essential.
You will receive thorough training and have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills within a modern high-tech production environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to prepare your welding activities;
- Setting up orbital welding equipment and welding heads;
- Operating the machines and adjusting welding programs when necessary;
- Producing small series and customer-specific components with a high level of accuracy;
- Checking completed products against the required quality standards;
- Preparing thin-walled stainless steel tubing with a diameter of 5–20 mm for the next assembly stage.
You also have:
- The ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Experience working in a technical production environment where accuracy is important;
- Welding experience, preferably TIG welding, is an advantage;
- An accurate and consistent approach to your work;
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system;
- Good command of either English or Dutch;
- Your own accommodation and transportation.
You can expect:
- A gross monthly salary of €3.850–€4.065 based on 40 hours, including shift allowance;
- Full-time employment with the possibility of a permanent contract;
- A two-shift schedule:
- 06:00–14:30
- 14:30–23:00
- 25 vacation days;
- 8% holiday allowance;
- €0.25 travel allowance per kilometre;
