As a warehouse worker at GLS in Zwolle, you will contribute to the efficient flow of packages through our logistics process. Your role is essential in ensuring that shipments are sorted, loaded, and delivered on time, helping customers receive their orders as expected. Working in a dynamic and supportive team, you’ll tackle physical tasks with precision and a proactive attitude, all while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
What You Will Do:
- Unload: packages from trucks and containers to prepare them for sorting.
- Organize: packages based on their destination to ensure accurate delivery.
- Stack and load: packages into trucks for efficient transportation.
- Perform: physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving items throughout your shift.
- Maintain: a clean and organized workspace by assisting with tidying and basic cleaning tasks.
- VMBO-level education or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
- Physically fit for active and dynamic tasks
- Available for morning shifts (02:00 - 08:00)
- Available for evening shifts (16:45 - 23:00)
- Hourly salary of €14.99, excluding additional allowances.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Part-time role with a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- 8% holiday allowance and €0.23 per kilometer travel reimbursement.
