As an operator 3 shifts, you will contribute to the production of high-quality flavors and fragrances that enhance everyday products. Working in a dynamic environment, you will ensure that raw materials are accurately weighed and processed according to recipes. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols.
What You Will Do:
- Weighing: ensure raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) are accurately measured and prepared for production.
- Following instructions: adhere to recipes and production guidelines to maintain product quality.
- Mixing: combine and prepare raw materials to create finished products.
- Monitoring: oversee machine operations and report any irregularities to the team leader.
- Shifts: work in a 3-shift system (07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:00 / 23:00 – 07:00) to support continuous production.
- You are available full-time and willing to work in a three-shift system.
- You speak English and/or Dutch.
- You are motivated to learn and grow into an Operator position.
- You are comfortable with physical work and working with different scents.
- You work accurately and follow instructions carefully.
- Experience in production, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Gross hourly wage: €17.73, excluding shift allowance.
- Shift allowance: 20.5%, bringing your total gross hourly wage to €21.36.
- Contract: Temporary contract with the potential for a permanent position.
- Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Vacation days: 25 days per year.
- Holiday allowance: 8%.
- Year-end bonus: Fixed bonus of 8.77%.
- Individual Choice Budget (IKB): According to the applicable employment conditions.
- Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometre.
