Are you looking for factory work that you can fit around your availability? For Mauser in Oosterhout, we are looking for factory workers for the flex pool. You work when production requires it and provide your availability in advance.
Your tasks include:
- Tightening caps and lids on plastic drums
- Finishing and checking products
- Performing quality checks
- Stacking and moving finished products
- Spotting deviations
- Keeping the workplace clean and safe
- Supporting colleagues within the production process
- You are physically fit and enjoy active work
- You can handle a fast-paced work environment
- You are flexibly available for shift work
- You have your own transportation to Oosterhout
- You speak Dutch and/or English at a minimum B1 level
- Experience in production or logistics is a plus, but not required
- Up to €22.07 gross per hour including shift allowance
- Flexible work between 24 and 40 hours per week
- Temporary contract with prospects for continued work
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- 24 vacation days on a full-time basis
- 8% holiday allowance
- 3% year-end bonus
