In a nutshell
Do you have experience as a production worker or operator and are you ready for your next step? Start as an operator at IFF in Tilburg.
You will work fulltime in a three shift schedule and earn a gross hourly wage of €17.73 excluding shift allowance, with a shift allowance of 20.5% on all hours worked. This amounts to a gross hourly wage including allowance of approximately €21.36 (roughly €3.700gross per month for a full-time position). You will receive on-the-job training and learn step-by-step how to process raw materials, follow recipes, and monitor production processes, helping you grow into an independent operator role.
You will combine physical work with operating equipment and administrative tasks. Using a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale, you will weigh and process raw materials according to specific recipes and quality standards.
What will you do?
- Collect and prepare raw materials based on specific recipes;
- Accurately weigh and process raw materials using a mobile workstation with an integrated scale and computer;
- Check materials and quantities against production and quality requirements;
- Work according to established procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards;
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized;
- Register production activities and relevant data in the systems;
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
- Atleast 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator (experience in logistics, warehousing, or a comparable environment also fits well)
- Proficiency in Dutch and English at a minimum B2 level
- A precise and safety-conscious mindset, taking responsibility for the quality of your work
- Physical fitness, no trouble lifting up to 20kg, and no issue working in an environment with strong-smelling flavorings
- Independent transportation to reach the production location in Tilburg for all shifts.
- Gross hourly wage of €17.73, excluding shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with potential for a permanent position.
- Fulltime role, 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- 20.5% shift allowance, bringing your total to €21.36 per hour.
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
- Fixed year-end bonus of 8.77% and Individual Choice Budget (IKB).
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.
