Earn €17.73 gross per hour with guaranteed 40 hours per week on a day shift at IFF in Tilburg! Do you have recent reach truck experience and are you looking for job security and regular working hours? Then this is your opportunity!

As a Logistics Employee, you will help ensure the smooth running of logistics operations within the Shipping department. You will work alongside a team of approximately 60 colleagues in a dynamic environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential. Using modern equipment, including SAP scanners and forklift or reach trucks, you will ensure that orders are processed correctly and trucks are loaded efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Gathering orders with the reachtruck, preparing them for shipment accurately, and storing goods according to customer-specific requirements.
  • Inspecting goods for packaging quality, potential damage, and correct labelling.
  • Securing shipments with strapping and shrink-wrapping to prepare them for transport.
  • Safely loading and unloading trucks.

  • Previous experience in a logistics role.
  • Recent experience operating a reach truck is a must. Forklift experience is nice to have.
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English B1 level both spoken and written.
  • Fulltime availability and willingness to work day shifts.
  • A precise and safety-conscious approach to work, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Gross hourly wage of €17.73.
  • Fulltime position with guaranteed working hours.
  • 25 vacation days per year and 8% holiday allowance.
  • End-of-year bonus of 8.33%.
  • 13 ADV days per year, paid out through a flexible benefits budget.
  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre.
