- Operate and monitor production and packaging lines.
- Perform quality checks on cheese products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
- Set up, adjust, and change machine settings.
- Identify deviations in the process and act accordingly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive operator who thrives in a high-tech environment and is eager to contribute to our production excellence.
- You speak fluent Dutch or English.
- Interest in technology, machines, or production environments.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
- Accurate, responsible, and proactive working style.
- Full-time availability.
- Dutch or English speaking.
- Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required.
- Salary from €3,250,- up to €3,750,- gross per month (incl. shift allowance).
- 36-hour work week in a 3-shift system.
- 8% holiday allowance + 4% year-end bonus.
