With a base salary of €18.16 gross per hour, shift allowances up to 40% and a performance bonus of up to €2.00 per hour, this is an excellent opportunity for motivated production employees looking for long-term work and job security.As a Production Worker in our cheese factory, you make sure the production process runs safely and efficiently.
Your daily tasks include:- Preparing and placing 15 kg cheese blocks for processing
- Operating modern food production equipment
- Removing the outer cheese layer using specialized machinery
- Moving products to the next stage of production using an EPT
- Keeping your workstation clean and safe
- Working with your team to achieve production targets
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00
We are looking for a physically fit and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment.
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are physically fit and comfortable lifting 15 kg regularly
- You are available full-time in a 3-shift system
- You have your own transportation and accommodation
- Experience with an EPT is a plus
- You speak Dutch or English
- You enjoy practical work and teamwork
