Food production operator

As an operator at FrieslandCampina Leerdam, you will play an essential role in ensuring our high-quality cheese production runs smoothly. Working in a high-tech cleanroom environment, you will focus on precision and quality, contributing to the efficiency of our automated production lines. You'll face challenges like identifying and resolving technical issues, maintaining strict quality standards, and optimizing processes to ensure seamless operations.

What You Will Do:

• Operate: machines and automated production lines, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Resolve: technical malfunctions by troubleshooting and collaborating with the technical team when needed.
• Perform: quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards and address any deviations.
• Adjust: and supply robots and machines with the necessary materials while managing product changes.
• Contribute: to process improvements by actively sharing insights and ideas with your team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive operator to join our high-performing team in Leerdam. Your focus on quality and efficiency will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dairy products.

• You speak fluent Dutch or English.
• You have your own transport to Leerdam.
• You are available full-time for 3-shift work.
• Experience as an operator is a plus.
• You work accurately and with a quality-driven mindset.
• You have a proactive and critical attitude.

• Monthly salary up to €3,250 gross, including shift allowance.
