English Speaking Welder

As a MIG/MAG Welder, you will play an important role in the production of high-quality trailers that are used all over the world. Working together with a skilled and enthusiastic team, you will ensure that components are welded and assembled accurately according to the required specifications.With your technical skills and eye for detail, you will not only deliver high-quality welding work but also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for improving the production process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welding: performing MIG/MAG welding on structural components based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Assembling: assembling different components into complete trailers.
• Inspecting: checking weld seams and assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and a high standard of finish.
• Maintaining: keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised, and ensuring your tools are properly maintained.
• Improving: contributing ideas for more efficient working methods and improvements within the production process.

We are looking for a precise and team-oriented MIG/MAG welder who is passionate about craftsmanship and detail-oriented.

• Proven experience with MIG/MAG welding and reading technical drawings
• Available for full-time day shifts (07:30 – 16:15)
• You have a good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
• Collaborative, eager to learn, and open to new techniques
• You have your own accommodation and transport

• Gross monthly salary between €3,250 and €3,500 (40 hours).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours (07:30 – 16:15).
• 38 days off annually (25 vacation days + 13 ADV days).
• Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer (>10 km).
