As a Quality Control Employee, you will use your technical knowledge to inspect precision components and complex assemblies in a modern high-tech environment. You will work directly on the production floor, where your accuracy and attention to detail help ensure that customers receive products they can rely on.

As a Quality Control Employee, you check whether components and assembled products meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with production and assembly and make sure products are correctly inspected, documented and released.
Your responsibilities include:
- Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
- Performing dimensional inspections based on technical drawings and specifications;
- Measuring products using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
- Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
- Preparing inspection reports and other quality documentation;
- Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
- Working closely with production and assembly teams to identify and resolve quality issues;
- Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.
This is a hands-on technical position on the production floor of a high-tech company, not a laboratory role.
You enjoy working accurately and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You understand technical drawings, enjoy solving quality issues and feel comfortable working in a structured technical manufacturing environment.

- A completed technical education, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar field, combined with experience in technical manufacturing, assembly or high-tech production;
- Experience reading and understanding technical drawings and working with precision measuring equipment;
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to your work and an interest in solving quality issues;
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift schedule: 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00;
- Good English communication skills and basic MS Office skills;
- Your own accommodation and transport.
