As a Production Employee, you will be involved in various parts of the production process. Together with your colleagues, you will make sure that the work is completed according to schedule and meets the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring machines and production equipment;
• Carrying out assembly, installation, and production tasks;
• Checking the quality of products;
• Identifying deviations and problems in the production process;
• Working together with colleagues to meet the daily production schedule;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workplace;
• Thinking along with the team about practical improvements to the production process.

You will receive clear instructions and guidance when you start. As you gain more experience, you will gradually be able to carry out more tasks independently.

You do not need to be an experienced Production Employee for this position. A good work ethic and the motivation to learn the trade are more important to us.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys practical work and is willing to roll up their sleeves;
• Works accurately and responsibly;
• Works well together with colleagues;
• Has an eye for quality and safety;
• Is able to carry out tasks independently;
• Is willing to learn new tasks;
• Has a good command of Dutch or English.

Can you read technical drawings? If so, this is a strong advantage and may also affect your salary.

You will have a practical day-shift job in a stable production environment. You will work together with colleagues, learn the production process, and have the opportunity to further develop your skills.

You can expect:

• A gross monthly salary of €2,800 to €3,200 based on full-time employment;
• A salary that can increase to €3,500 gross per month if you have experience reading technical drawings;
• Day shifts from 06:30 to 15:30;
