English-speaking operator

As an Operator, you will help produce high-quality paper products in a dynamic production environment. You will work with modern machinery and ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality are essential in this role. You will work in a 3-shift system and be part of a close-knit team of around 30 colleagues.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating the rewinding machine: Converting large paper rolls into smaller rolls according to specifications.
• Inspecting paper quality: Checking for damage, defects, and other irregularities.
• Setting up and operating the cutting machine: Cutting paper to size for different customer orders.
• Recording production data: Keeping accurate records and identifying machine malfunctions.
• Carrying out basic maintenance: Cleaning and lubricating machines and performing visual inspections.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled operator with an interest in production processes and a strong focus on quality.

You have:

• A willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Experience operating paper-processing or cutting machines is an advantage.
• A home address within 40 km of Arnhem.
• A good command of Dutch.

• A gross monthly salary of €2,855 to €3,193, including the year-end bonus and excluding shift allowance.
• A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• A 3-shift working system, working 36–38 hours per week.
• An 18% shift allowance on top of your base salary.
• 25 days of annual leave and 12 additional reduction-of-working-hours (ATV) days per year.
• A good pension scheme and travel allowance.
