You earn €18.16 gross per hour, receive up to 40% shift allowance, can earn a performance bonus of up to €2.00 per hour, and enjoy free weekends while working for the oldest cheese brand in the Netherlands.As a Production Worker in our cheese factory, you help prepare cheese products for the next stage of production.
Your duties include:- Preparing and positioning 15 kg cheese blocks for processing
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Removing the outer crust of the cheese using modern machinery
- Transporting products with an EPT
- Keeping your workstation clean and organised
- Working together with colleagues to achieve daily production targets
- Morning: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00
- Night: 22:00 - 06:00
We are looking for a physically fit and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment.
You are:- You are 18 years or older
- Physically fit and able to lift 15 kg
- Available full-time in a 3-shift schedule
- Able to communicate in Dutch or English
- In possession of reliable transport
- Motivated to work in a production environment
