Join Mauser in Oosterhout as a Production Worker in our IBC department. Whether you already have production experience or simply enjoy practical, physical work, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.If you're motivated, reliable and like working with your hands, we'd love to meet you.
Your daily tasks include:
- Assembling steel frames and pallets for industrial containers.
- Preparing and finishing metal components.
- Inspecting products for quality before they leave production.
- Solving minor production issues together with your colleagues.
- Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised.Every day is active, practical and varied.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Worker who thrives in a hands-on, physical role within a dynamic 5-shift environment.
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or logistics (preferred).
- Physically fit and enjoys practical, active work.
- Hands-on mentality with a focus on accuracy and safety.
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation schedule.
- Speaks Dutch and/or English at B1 level or higher.
