As a production employee at Codi, you’ll play a vital role in crafting sustainable, high-quality baby, medical, and makeup wipes that make everyday life easier. In our modern production facility in Veenendaal, you’ll work in a clean, safe, and innovative environment where teamwork and sustainability are at the core of everything we do. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide the training and support you need to succeed and grow within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:- Conducting quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Packing and preparing products for shipment to customers.
- Collaborating with your team to maintain an efficient production process.
- Following strict safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
- Operating and maintaining automated production lines with full training provided.
We are looking for motivated and team-oriented individuals ready to thrive in a modern and sustainable production environment.
- Physically fit for standing and light lifting tasks.
- Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation schedule.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English communication.
- Experience in production or quality control is a plus.
- Team-oriented with a flexible and collaborative mindset.
- A salary between €15.17 and €20.32 per hour, including allowances.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Flexible working hours: 24 to 40 hours per week, tailored to your needs.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer to support your commute.
