Are you looking for a stable full-time production job in Tilburg? As a Production Worker at IFF, you will earn up to €20.94 gross per hour, including shift allowance. This equals approximately €3,630 gross per month based on a full-time schedule.
You will work with raw materials, recipes and production equipment. You do not need to know everything from day one. You will receive guidance on the job and have the opportunity to develop into an Operator role.
Your work includes:
- Collecting and weighing up to approximately 30 ingredients per batch;
- Following recipes and production instructions accurately;
- Mixing and preparing raw materials;
- Monitoring machines and the production process;
- Performing quality checks;
- Registering and reporting any production deviations;
- Keeping your workplace clean, organised and safe.
You will work full-time in a three-shift schedule:
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00;
- Evening shift: 15:00 – 23:00;
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00.Because the shifts rotate, it is important that you are available for all three working hours.
You:
- Are available full-time in a three-shift schedule;
- Speak English and/or Dutch;
- Can follow recipes and work instructions accurately;
- Are comfortable performing physical production work;
- Are able to work in an environment where different fragrances may be present;
- Enjoy working as part of a team;
- Are motivated to learn new production tasks.
