What You Will Do:

• Assemble: assemble complex products and components based on technical drawings and work instructions.
• Test: perform electrical connections and test products using measurement tools like calipers and multimeters.
• Inspect: identify, correct, and report deviations to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Document: record material usage, hours, and rejections in the ERP system for accurate tracking.
• Support: assist and coach less experienced colleagues while contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

• VMBO diploma, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience in assembly or production work is a plus.
