As a factory worker, you will play an important role in the production of industrial containers at Mauser's modern facility in Oosterhout. Working in the IBC production department, you will handle metal components, tools, and production equipment in a fast-paced environment where safety and quality are key priorities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

What You Will Do:
  • Assemble: steel pallets and frames for industrial containers.
  • Prepare: metal components by finishing and readying them for production.
  • Inspect: products and perform quality checks to maintain high standards.
  • Resolve: minor production issues and provide support to colleagues when needed.
  • Maintain: a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout your shift.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive team player with a hands-on attitude to join our production team in Oosterhout.
  • Experience in production or factory environments is an advantage.
  • Physically fit for standing work and manual tasks.
  • Available for a 5-shift rotation schedule.
  • Communicates effectively in Dutch and/or English (B1 level).
  • Comfortable using tools and production equipment.
