As a Production Employee in our flex pool at Lupack, you'll help keep our production process running smoothly — packaging and labeling meat products so they're ready to ship, right on time. You'll work morning shifts on an on-call basis, giving you flexibility to fit work around your life, while building new skills step by step within a close-knit, supportive team.
- Package and label meat products, making sure everything is handled correctly and neatly.
- Check quality, confirming products meet our standards before they move on.
- Prepare orders, so they're shipped correctly and on time.
- Work morning shifts, flexibly, on an on-call basis from 06:00 to 14:00.
- Learn and grow, building your skills and knowledge of the production process step by step.
- You live near Raalte.
- You're available to work on-call in the morning shift.
- You work accurately, with an eye for detail.
- You speak and understand Dutch or English well.
- You're eager to learn — no experience required.
- €15.72 gross per hour.
