Would you like to help produce popular snack brands such as Chio and Pombär? Join Intersnack in Lelystad as a Production Worker!No production experience? No problem! If you are motivated, hands-on and willing to learn, we would love to hear from you.
You will work with friendly colleagues in a modern production environment, helping to produce and package well-known snacks. You will join our flexible staffing pool, meaning you can work available shifts based on the company's staffing needs. The number of hours may vary from week to week, so this role is ideal if you are flexible and available for at least three shifts per week.
As a Production Worker at Intersnack, you will help keep the production lines running smoothly and ensure that snacks are produced and packaged correctly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the production and packaging of popular snacks.
- Checking products for quality and identifying any defects.
- Replenishing raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Reporting irregularities or production equipment malfunctions.
- Keeping your workstation clean, tidy and safe.
- Following all quality, hygiene and safety procedures.
You are motivated, enjoy practical work and like working together with colleagues to achieve good results. In addition:
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
- You are available for at least three shifts per week.
- You are physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on work.
- You speak either Dutch or English.
- You work accurately and take hygiene and safety rules seriously.
- You are flexible and understand that the number of available shifts may vary each week.
- Morning shift: 06:00–14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00
- Night shift: 22:00–06:00
- €18.17 gross per hour, including shift allowance.
- A 3-shift working schedule.
- Flexible shifts through our staffing pool, depending on staffing needs. Please note that a fixed number of working hours is not guaranteed.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre.
