As a Warehouse Employee at GEODIS, you make sure orders are picked, checked and prepared for shipment correctly. You work in a modern warehouse where safety, teamwork and accuracy are important.
Do you have forklift experience? Even better! Depending on your experience and certificates, your job can consist of approximately 50% order picking and 50% forklift work, giving you plenty of variety throughout your day.
- Picking orders using an EPT and scanner
- Checking products and orders for accuracy
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment
- Moving goods safely through the warehouse
- Working with a forklift if you have the required experience
- Keeping your workplace clean, organised and safe
You:
- Have at least 1–2 years of logistics or warehouse experience
- Have experience working with an EPT
- Are physically fit and comfortable with active work
- Speak and understand English well
- Are available to work rotating day shifts: one week from 07:00 to 16:00 and the following week from 09:00 to 18:00
- Have your own transportation to Horst
- Are willing to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
You can expect:
- A gross hourly wage between €14.99 and €16.20, depending on experience
- A job for 32 to 40 hours per week
- Rotating daytime shifts: one week from 07:00 to 16:00 and the following week from 09:00 to 18:00
- A temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment
- 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance from 10 km, up to €11.50 per day
