In a nutshell

Looking for a full-time warehouse job where accuracy, teamwork and responsibility come together? As an Order Picker & Packer at UPS Healthcare in Venlo, you make sure medical products are checked, collected and prepared for shipment.You will work 40 hours per week in a day shift, 2-shift or 3-shift schedule. Depending on your working hours, you can earn up to €19.25 gross per hour, including shift allowance. You will also receive travel reimbursement, equal employment conditions and the opportunity to build a long-term career at UPS.

Every medical order must be processed correctly and on time. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that incoming and outgoing products move smoothly through the warehouse.
Your work includes:
  • Checking incoming medical products for quality and quantity;
  • Picking orders with a barcode scanner;
  • Packing products carefully and preparing them for shipment;
  • Registering incoming and outgoing goods in SAP and WMS;
  • Moving goods safely with an electric pallet truck;
  • Keeping your workplace clean, organised and safe;
  • Working with your team to complete orders on time.
Because you work with medical products, accuracy is essential. By checking every order carefully, you help ensure that important healthcare products reach customers in the right condition.

You do not have to know everything from your first day. What matters most is that you work accurately, take responsibility and are willing to learn.
For this position:
  • You are available for 40 hours per week;
  • You can work day shifts, 2-shift or 3-shift schedules between 06:00 and 00:00;
  • You are able to communicate in English;
  • You enjoy active work in a warehouse environment;
  • You work carefully and follow quality and safety instructions;
  • You are reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.
Experience in logistics, healthcare logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage. Experience with barcode scanners, electric pallet trucks, SAP or WMS is also helpful, but your motivation and ability to learn are just as important.

You will receive:
  • A gross hourly wage between €15.40 and €19.25, including shift allowance;
  • A 25% shift allowance for qualifying hours worked after 19:00;
  • A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
  • A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
  • Travel reimbursement of up to €9.47 per working day;
  • 25 vacation days based on full-time employment;
  • 8.33% holiday allowance;
