Logistic Returns | GLS Enschede

As a logistics returns employee at GLS in Enschede, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of returns at the end of each day. You will work closely with drivers, colleagues, and the team leader to manage the flow of returned goods, solve operational challenges, and maintain accurate documentation. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and think in solutions will be essential in this dynamic logistics environment.

What You Will Do:

• Receive and assist drivers: ensure their returns and documentation are handled correctly.
• Check: review route documents and administrative information for accuracy.
• Process: register returns and discrepancies efficiently in the system.
• Identify: spot operational issues and collaborate with the right people to resolve them.
• Communicate: maintain clear and professional contact with drivers, colleagues, and customers.

We are looking for a confident and communicative logistics professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and ensures smooth operations.

• Experience in logistics, transport, or a similar position.
• MBO level 4 diploma in logistics (preferred).
• Proficient in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Comfortable addressing drivers and colleagues confidently.
• Calm and organized during busy or challenging moments.
