In a nutshell
As an Orbital Welder, you play a vital role in the production of high-quality stainless steel components used in sophisticated international high-tech systems. Working within a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, you will operate advanced orbital welding equipment and contribute to products that must meet extremely strict quality requirements.
Your Responsibilities are:
- Interpret technical drawings and prepare welding activities accordingly.
- Set up and operate orbital welding machines and welding heads.
- Adjust and optimize welding programs when required.
- Manufacture small production batches and custom-made components with high accuracy.
- Inspect completed products and perform quality checks according to specifications.
- Prepare thin-walled stainless steel tubing (diameter 5–20 mm) for further assembly operations.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Experience in a technical production environment where precision is essential.
- Welding experience, preferably TIG welding, is considered an advantage.
- Accurate working attitude and ability to follow established procedures.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
- Good command of either English or Dutch.
- Own accommodation and transportation available.
